Char Bucha's Community Outreach Inc. is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting underserved children, families, and communities throughout Northwest Indiana. Founded by Charmaine Buchanan, the organization provides meaningful resources, community support, and opportunities that bring people together.
